DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery:

All our products are made to order so please allow 10 working days for manufacturing, and additional time for couriering. Full payment must be made before the order can be processed and manufactured. Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We send orders throughout South Africa using Dawn Wing Couriers for a flat fee of R100. Unfortunately, they cannot deliver to a PO Box, a physical address is essential. 

We offer two international shipping options. Our economy service is R120 through the Post Office; delivery takes 2-3 weeks. Our express option via DHL takes 2-3 days and costs R460. You will be responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. As we are unable to advise as to what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside your country.  We are not responsible for any delays by a destination country's customs clearance processes.

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders over R1500, locally this is via Dawn Wing and Internationally via the Post Office. For international orders, you have the option to upgrade to the paid DHL option if you need your package sooner than the 2-3 week window.

 

Packaging:

All our pieces come packaged in a branded hemp drawstring bag with care instructions and a little writeup about the reclamation process, making them a perfect little spoil for yourself or a thoughtful gift.

The hemp bags are enclosed in small sturdy shipping boxes to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

 

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.  We do not offer refunds, however if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.

Custom made designs cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All our pieces are handmade so please allow for slight variations; after all that is what makes your piece unique.

Due to the small size of our workshop groups, unfortunately, workshop tickets are not refundable or transferable to another date.
